These bylaws may be altered, amended, or repealed by the affirmative vote of not less than 2/3 of all the members of the Board of Directors, which vote may be taken at any regular or special meeting of the Board of Directors; provided that notice of such alteration, amendment, or repeal shall have been given with the notice of the meeting.
