Reporting An Outage

It’s important for you to know the correct procedures for reporting an outage if one should occur.

Before You Report

If your service is interrupted:

Reporting An Outage

Call

Our 24-hour automated outage-reporting system at (800) 284-3452 is a simple way to report your outage. This system works on caller ID technology, so it’s important that we have current telephone numbers on file and that you call from the location with the outage.

If the system does not recognize the phone number, you can leave a detailed message about the outage location. You may experience a busy signal when calling during a major outage.
