Payment Options

We will mail your bill and it will show the date the payment amount will be drafted from your checking account. Your bank statement will show the draft amount and will serve as your receipt.

To get started, simply print off and complete the Bank Draft Authorization Form (PDF) and fax or mail it to our office or use the online Bank Draft Authorization form.

Note: You can fill out most of the fields using your computer and Adobe Acrobat Reader, but you must print out the form and sign it, since we must have your signature to process the form.

Pay online using Pay Now with your American Express, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover. This option is available 24/7 on our home page. Choose the “Pay Now” or “SmartHub” buttons on the home page of our website to pay online.

You may mail payment to RushShelby Energy, PO Box 55, Manilla, IN, 46150-0055. Be sure to allow enough days for the payment to arrive in our office prior to the due date. RushShelby Energy is not responsible for delivery delays.

You may pay in our office at 2777 South 840 West, Manilla, during regular business hours, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. We also have a night deposit box located at our drive-up window location at our office. Get directions to our office. You may also pay in person, (a fee may be charged by vendor) during regular business hours at:

  • First Financial Bank Locations.
  • Any Walmart Location (There is a small fee charged by the provider NOT RushShelby Energy)

Call our office at (765) 544-2600 or toll-free at (800) 706-7362. During the greeting, press “1” for automated bill payments and follow the prompts. This is available 24/7 to customers using American Express, Visa, Master Card, or Discover. Phone payments must be made through the automated system. Employees are not able to take credit card information over the phone.
