The board of directors meet on the last Tuesday of each month, except December. A special daytime meeting is held in December to review the budget and work plan for the coming year.
The meetings are held in the board room of our office facility. Typically, the meetings begin at 8 p.m. during daylight savings time (DST) and 7 p.m. in the non-DST months.
Agenda Item Request
To have an item placed on the agenda for a board meeting, a member may send a written request in writing to the President and CEO. The request must:
- Outline the item for discussion and the action requested of the board
- Have as much detail as possible included in the request
- Be received no later than the 10th day of the month the member wishes the item to be discussed
Attending a Board Meeting
If a member wishes to attend a board of directors’ meeting, without addressing the board, the request must be made in writing to the President and CEO no later than 7 days before the meeting.
