Terms & Conditions

  • Must be a current RushShelby Energy residential member.
  • The applicant's primary address is identified on the application.
  • Incentive: 50% of purchased equipment up to allotted amount:
    • Handheld equipment (trimmer, leaf blower, chain saw) - up to $50
    • Push-type equipment (snow blower, tiller, push mower) - up to $50
    • Riding equipment (riding tractor, zero-turn mowers) - up to $150
  • Rebates will come as bill credit.
  • Equipment purchased must be new and have a minimum one-year warranty.
  • Equipment must be battery or plug-in electrical equipment.
  • Two incentives per member account per calendar year.
  • Members must complete the application in full and submit their application to RushShelby Energy.
  • Proof of purchase required (receipt or paid invoice).
  • Completed rebate application and documentation must be received in the same calendar year.
  • Equipment must be purchased between January 1 and December 13, 2024.
  • Lawnmowers must have a minimum of 36 volts.
  • Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis while funds are available.
  • Rebates may take up to 6 weeks from receipt of the application by RushShelby Energy to process.
  • Hoosier Energy has full discretion over the rebate and reserves the right to modify the program at any time.
  • Deadline to apply is December 13, 2024.
