Attention -Our lobby is closed to the public, but our drive-thru is now open.

The safety and well-being of our membership and employees is very important.  As part of that commitment, it is imperative to maintain a healthy workforce for emergency situations and power restoration.  

While our business operations at this time are limited, we are here for you.  Members can still reach us or make a payment in the following ways:

1. By mailing a check to P.O. Box 55, Manilla, In 46150

2. Online, anytime with SmartHub at https://rse/smarthub/Login.html#

3. Pay-By-Phone by calling 765-544-2600 (option 1) to use our fast, easy and secure automated solution.

4. Night Deposit Box at our headquarters.

Please keep in mind that while we are not disconnecting accounts at this time, your electric usage and amount due will continue to accrue as you use electricity, however, all late fees will be waived until restrictions are lifted by Governor Holcomb.  Our most flexible payment arrangements will be offered to members experiencing a hardship as a result of COVID-19.
